Our redwines usually develop under malolactic fermention, to reach smoothness, full-body and high storage-life. In general the maturation takes place for the traditional way in wooden tanks, or in small oak barrels for internationally styled wines. Depending on the wine´s and varietie´s "demands" they age from 10 to 20 months.
